Wetblasting is the next generation after Sandblasting or shotblasting, traditional sandblasting is uncontrolled pressure so is very invasive and incredibly messy.
Wetblasting is faster, cleaner and has fully adjustable pressure to suit any surface.
We use the Quill Falcon system to remove almost any treatment from almost any surface, the most technically advanced system on the market. Infinitely adjustable to gently prepare almost any surface from a drinks can to a castle.
Our system is fully self contained and fully mobile.
- We can come to you or if for instance you would like a vehicle chassis fully stripped you can bring it to us at our workshop for paint removal.
- We have a 4×4 vehicle so can reach even the most inaccessible locations.
- We can work without power supply, we only require a normal mains tap water supply.
- Due to the dust free operation other work can continue around our work area.
- Minimal screening is required in public areas.
- A full risk assessment is carried out before commencing each job.
All work sites are cleared of any left over blasting media after each and every job leaving any site clean and tidy ready for a following trade to commence immediately if required.
The system is the safest on the market and very environmentally friendly, we only use 100% recycled materials in the process.
