Grey street Newcastle upon Tyne, major refitting of ground floor shop and cellar rooms, the property is being converted into a high end bar and restaurant, the cellar rooms extend out under Grey street, we removed all plaster, paint and cleaned all the stone/brickwork to all rooms.
It is a fascinating old building with all manner of building materials having been used/added over the years, we will add pictures once the project is finished and the bar is open so you can see the end result
